To confirm booking, payment of $200 (low season) and $400 (mid and high season) is required within 7 days. Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to refund. For payment options please click here.
High Season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
Mid/Low Season: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
We do not issue refunds due to bad weather; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a bad weather, or significant threat of bad weather. Weather is by nature unpredictable and clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.
All effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in at the Apartments is from 2:00PM on the day of arrival. Departing guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10:00AM on the day of departure.
Pets of any kind are not permitted at Elouera Tower.
