Elouera Tower - Terms and Conditions

DEPOSITS
To confirm booking, payment of the first nights accommodation is required within 7 days. Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to refund. For payment options please click here.

CANCELLATIONS
Deposit is non refundable unless 28 days notice of cancellation is given.

TARIFFS
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

UNIT ALLOCATION
All effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in at the Apartments is from 1:00PM on the day of arrival. Departing guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10:00AM on the day of departure.

Pets of any kind are not permitted at Elouera Tower.
