To confirm booking, payment of $200 (low season) and $400 (mid and high season) is required within 7 days. Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to refund. For payment options please click here.
High Season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
Mid/Low Season: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
We do not issue refunds due to bad weather; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a bad weather, or significant threat of a bad weather. Weather is by nature unpredictable and clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.
All effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in at the Apartments is from 2:00PM on the day of arrival. Departing guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10:00AM on the day of departure.
Pets of any kind are not permitted at Elouera Tower.
